WHY I’M RUNNING for RE-ELECTION

I am running for re-election to the State House because I continue to have a passion for my community and a belief in public service. Our work to bring conservative principles to the State House continues. I believe in trying to build and create a better community and state.

Necessary government should be transparent, accountable, and efficient. These principles lead to a more effective government. Increased government efficiency and effectiveness ultimately drives down the cost of government. Also, by strategically planning for the future, we can drive down the cost of government. In South Carolina, we do not need to govern by crisis, as we have done so much in the past.

We must start planning for the future in order to effectively meet the challenges facing our state. Creating a better environment for businesses, our work force, our families and our children will help to maintain and expand our quality of life in South Carolina.
